On May 22nd, the Princeton Club of Greece met with Professor Peter Singer, who was in Athens to receive an honorary doctorate at the University of Athens. Peter Singer was recently mentioned in an article by Nicholas Kristof in the New York Times as one of the foremost philosophical minds of our times. He is particularly known for his work on animal rights; see his book "Animal Liberation". His most recent book "The Most Good You Can Do" explores what it means to live ethically.
